Beauséjour, the green heart of Sainte-Marie, the city in its natural state!
Much more than a new city centre, Beauséjour is the very invitation to good life.
It is a way of life, a large family, a mosaic of inhabitants, services and businesses where nature and city life intermingle.
On either side of the main avenue of Beau Pays, shops, services and cafés with welcoming terraces are spread out, while the Place du Marché offers the district all its life and conviviality.
For several years now, local producers have been offering local fruit and forgotten vegetables every week: manioc, sweet potatoes... to the delight of local residents.
CBo Territoria's flagship project, Beauséjour, is a crazy challenge!
With an investment of €600 million over 15 years, CBo has embarked on the cons-truction of a new sustainable city that will eventually accommodate 8,000 inhabi-tants and 2,300 homes.
68 hectares developed 2300 homes 5000 residents

Counting 5000 inhabitants today, Beauséjour offers all the services, shops and of-fices needed just down the road from your home: bakery, restaurant, hairdresser, insurance, banks, as well as a supermarket, a 2,000 m² health centre, an adminis-trative centre, schools and a sports complex with playing fields, tennis, squash, dri-ving range and golf simulator, as well as a fitness centre.
Beauséjour is a unique living environment surrounded by 22 hectares of green spaces, including a botanical garden, shared gardens and green corridors with indi-genous flora to regulate the ground temperature. It ensures a pleasant natural coolness and gives the city breathing space, inviting residents to explore the area peacefully and quietly on foot or by bike, and to enjoy the fitness trail at sunrise or sunset.
Beauséjour, a successful bet!
Launched 12 years ago, the Group's flagship project is well on its way to success:
• to build the new sustainable city of Beauséjour from scratch,
• to accommodate 8,000 residents, i.e. a €600 million investment over 15 years!
To date, 1,500 housing units have been delivered, for nearly 4,500 residents. Three quarters of the office, retail and service programs have been completed.
In 2020, despite a difficult context for the construction industry, the Group was able to achieve a high level of residential property sales at Beauséjour, selling three in-termediate housing residences (representing 122 units) to institutional investors. In addition, a building plot was sold for a future senior residence, the "Village d'or" pro-ject.
"The volume of sales signed with these leading institutional investors represents a new milestone in the development of Beauséjour, with the delivery of 230 new homes by 2022, for an additional 600 residents," reported Olivier Payet, CBo Terri-toria's Investment Director.
To finalise the project, about 900 housing units will have to be built, with 1,000 m² of professional real estate to be delivered.
