CBo Territoria is pursuing a strategy of property investment aimed at developing its portfolio of commercial assets (retail, offices, industrial premises) mainly through its proprietary development as part of a developer-investor activity. This strategy seeks to generate recurring revenues alongside its development activity, primarily in the residential sector.
As such the Group is active across all the key real estate holdings in Reunion Island. A dedicated team manages the Group’s assets, as well as the properties entrusted to it.
