CBo Territoria has made a clear choice: sustainable development is at the heart of the Company's strategy. Developed in a collaborative manner with all employees, it demonstrates the desire of the Board of Directors and its Chairman to be a player in sustainable development.

In concrete terms, this strategy has been translated into methodological guidelines for the elaboration of development and production operations. Accordingly, the key issues relating to sustainable development are addressed for each new project. The intention is not to produce an exemplary project, but rather to ensure that each new project integrates the Company's expertise in this area, as part of a continuous improvement process thanks to the implementation of a capitalisation method (project analysis grid).

Finally, CBo Territoria is a real estate developer and a real estate company. Yet CBo Territoria also owns more than 1,800 hectares of agricultural land, and it ensures it is properly managed. This is one of the company's contributions to maintaining the territory's major balance between urbanised, natural and agricultural areas.
